I was enlisted in the register of lawyers in 2007 and started my law practise as an independant attorney back in 2009, in the office, located in the old town of Radovljica. In autumn 2014 I founded the Law Office Matej Gašperšič Ltd., and at the beginning of 2015 moved it to modern premises in the building of the Regional Chamber of Craft Radovljica.
I am a member of the Bar Association of Slovenia, and I have concluded professional liability insurance through the Bar Association of Slovenia.
I perform classical legal services in various fields of civil, criminal, labour as well as social law. Attorneyship is, of course, not limited to representation before the courts, but also includes advice in different life situations, as the law is involved in all aspects of life. Accordingly I am representing clients, both natural and legal persons, in proceedings before courts, as well as advise them on how to resolve disputes before they even come to court.
I have also been included in the list of attorneys who provide free legal aid on the basis of a referral from the courts, and in the list of attorneys who represent clients in criminal proceedings ex offo.
